“Sound Minds Sessions” are designed for parents/guardians and children, to learn and practice mindful tools and relaxation together in a creative, fun way. Our goal is to provide you with techniques and skills that will be effective and helpful for the whole family!
Sessions start with some movement, craft and interactive activities. Following this, we all relax and drift off with a beautiful, therapeutic Sound Bath, which is tailored specifically to the group!
Dee and I are both highly experienced practitioners working with children and adults and are passionate about mental and emotional wellbeing.

This enjoyable experience is suitable for children ages 6-12. Please contact us if your child has any additional needs or if you require more information. Looking forward to welcoming you all in the stunning space of Amo and Pax!

Q: Who is this suitable for?
A: Parents/Guardians and their children aged 6-12. Additional adults welcome at a cost of €10pp.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for sitting on the ground. Some chairs are available. If you have specific requirements for seating please let us know.
Q: My child is sensitive to noise; is this suitable ?
A: Please contact us when booking to discuss this.
Q: Is parking available?
A: There is lots of free parking outside the venue.
Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, there is a lift available for access to the space.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please give us 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Full payment is requested when booking to secure your place (this is refundable up to 48 hours before the event).
